This is a section of our fair which showcases fine foods and beverages. It is a sampling area where people can try and then buy a selection of items to take home and enjoy. Depending on your stall, temporary food licences and/or liquor licenses may be applicable and will need to be arranged accordingly

  • The Rub Society – BBQ rubs, sauces, salts, etc
  • Heaps Good Spirits – gin and liqueurs
  • Big G’s Jerky – beef jerky , bier sticks , merchandise

  • Gate to Garnish – dehydrated fruits, citrus wheels, citrus dust
  • Simply Sweet – variety of cup cakes (DF options)
  • The Origin of Taste – South East Asian inspired pastes and sauces
  • HillTilly Distillery – handcrafted alcoholic spirits, gin, vodka, tequila, whisky
  • Zulian’s Fudge and Artisans – assorted fudge
  • Loaded Cookie Mafia – cookies and muffins
  • KC Distillery – assorted small batch gin
  • White Valley Jalapeños – hot sauces to mildly mellow marmalades
  • Pudding Lane – boiled-in-the-cloth puddings
  • Long Way Round Distilling Co. – handcrafted gin & other spirits with native botanicals & local ingredients
  • TeeVee Cambodian Sauce – locally made Cambodian Sauce
  • Goolwa Gourmet Gifts – gourmet hampers packed with delicious, high-quality products
